PhD in Educational Psychology from the UIB (extraordinary prize for thesis), Head of the University in the area of ​​Evolutionary and Educational Psychology of the Department of Applied Pedagogy and Educational Psychology of the UIB. Has worked in the field of high intellectual abilities (giftedness and talent), The training of university teachers, coexistence and school discipline.
His research revolves around the field of high intellectual abilities, giftedness and talent, especially in relation to the educational and training process of teachers, and on the subject of school coexistence.
Director of courses “University Specialist in Hearing and Language”. Director of the University Postgraduate “Education through Play”. Director of the University Expert Course in “School discipline: prevention and intervention to improve coexistence in Compulsory Secondary Education”.
